Our Unique Approach
Our Roadmap To Vibrant Health is a unique approach to help motivated women navigate post-natal and peri/menopausal transitions with grace so they can lead a pain-free, productive life looking, feeling, and performing their absolute best… even if they’ve literally tried everything.
The Roadmap to Vibrant Health
We help motivated women navigate, postnatal, and peri/menopausal transitions with grace so they can lead a pain-free, productive life, feeling, and performing their absolute best… even if they literally tried everything.

We partner with each client to achieve these steps, starting with the Review Phase:
Intake
During the intake, we’ll review your past medical history and any previous lab tests, so we can assess symptoms or anything your doctor might have missed.
Lab Tests
Next, we’ll determine the need for referral and/or additional lab tests to help pinpoint the real reasons for your health challenges and to understand your current hormone and stress levels.
nutritional assessment
After that, we’ll typically do a nutritional assessment and make adjustments as needed – for example leaning into an anti-inflammatory approach, considering an elimination diet or other testing to identify nutritional triggers, and/or addressing deficiencies to help lower inflammation and address chronic pain and discomfort.
hormone optimization
The next three steps focus on rebooting hormone balance, nervous system regulation and gut health, starting with hormone optimization that’s especially critical during perimenopause and menopause.
shift from “flight or flight”
Next, we’ll strengthen parasympathetic tone to help you shift from “flight or flight” to “rest and digest” mode – while dialing down inflammatory signals and enhancing mood and focus.
Gut Health
As the final step in the REBOOT phase, we deal with gut health – removing pathogens that are often at the root of gut dysbiosis, repairing the gut lining to reestablish intestinal integrity, and replenishing the microbiome to properly digest food, improve nutrient absorption as well as neurotransmitter production important for balanced mood.
structural alignment
Once we make headway with rebooting your gut health, we’ll turn our attention to rebalancing structural alignment and pelvic health, endocrine and cellular health and end with establishing proper mindset and emotional balance.
Review structural alignment
As we review structural alignment, we’ll address complex pelvic and orthopedic issues such as labral tears and hip dysfunction, orofacial and neck restrictions, pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as sacroiliac joint and low back pain to name a few. We take a unique approach to structural and orthopedic intervention called the Voice to Pelvic Floor Approach, or V2PF for short.
endocrine and cellular balance
Next, we focus on endocrine and cellular balance – helping you reduce your body’s toxic burden, avoid toxins in the first place, and replenishing your cellular machinery for an energized life.
mindset and emotional balance
In the final step of our Roadmap to Vibrant Health, we work on a healthy mindset and emotional balance so you can easily make the healthy changes necessary to maintain your gut & overall health, so you can enjoy a vital, active life.
How Our Approach Is Different
At Garner Pelvic Health, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team of board-certified therapists, functional medicine practitioners, health coaches, and specialists in pelvic and orthopedic physical therapy.
Our integrative approach ensures the most comprehensive care and fastest return to health. Our focus includes:
Integrative Care Team:
Our care team of board-certified therapists, functional medicine practitioners, health coaches, and pelvic health specialists work together to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to your care.
Comprehensive Treatment Modalities:
We use a variety of treatment modalities, including food as medicine, advanced diagnostic testing, and innovative therapies like the Diaphragmatic System (Voice to Pelvic Floor Therapy).
Systems-Based Voice to Pelvic Floor Approach:
One of our most important interventional methods includes evaluating your musculoskeletal and neuromuscular system using a V2PF, or Voice to Pelvic Floor Approach. This includes evaluating pressure management from the voice to your respiratory diaphragm, and pelvic floor, taking into consideration the abdominal wall, back, and hip muscles in their contribution to overall health.
Holistic Health Focus:
We address all areas impacting your health, including mind, emotions, and mindset, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being.
Patient Empowerment:
We teach patients how to take an active role in their health, helping them to heal and maintain wellness through education and self-care practices.
Optimal Health:
We focus on achieving optimal health tailored to your unique biological needs, not just the absence of symptoms or disease.
Multifactorial Approach:
We recognize the complex causes of illness and utilize our extensive expertise to pinpoint the reasons behind your pelvic health issues and craft a personalized treatment plan.
Natural, Non-Toxic Therapies:
We prioritize natural, non-toxic therapies whenever possible, harnessing the body’s innate ability to heal itself for sustainable health outcomes.

-
Prenatal And Postpartum Therapy
We at Garner Pelvic Health can treat current concerns and screen for and address postural changes and muscle imbalances that may lead to concerns later down the road.
