Expert Care for Complex Pelvic & Orthopedic Conditions

At Garner Pelvic Health, we specialize in helping people find answers when pelvic and orthopedic symptoms are persistent, complex, or difficult to resolve. Our expertise includes endometriosis and pelvic pain, EDS/hypermobility and hip-related conditions, and the relationship between voice, breath, pressure regulation, and pelvic floor function.

Whether you are recovering from surgery, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, moving through perimenopause or menopause, or striving to meet the demands of athletics and performance, our one-on-one approach is designed to uncover the deeper patterns contributing to pain and dysfunction so you can return to the activities that matter most.

Expert Support Through Life’s Transitions & Performance Demands

Hormonal changes, injury, surgery, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, hypermobility, and the demands of athletics and performance can all influence pelvic health, core function, movement, and pain. Yet these connections are often overlooked.

At Garner Pelvic Health, we take a more comprehensive approach. Through individualized assessment—including musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging when appropriate—we identify the deeper factors contributing to your symptoms so treatment can be precise, effective, and tailored to your goals.

Whether you’re experiencing pelvic pain, voice-related concerns, hip or back pain, abdominal symptoms, or changes related to hormonal transitions, we’re here to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and ease.

The Voice to Pelvic Floor Approach

The Voice to Pelvic Floor™ is Dr. Ginger Garner’s innovative approach to understanding the relationship between breath, voice, pressure regulation, movement, and pelvic floor function. By recognizing how the body’s diaphragm systems work together, this model helps uncover the deeper patterns contributing to pain, dysfunction, and impaired performance.

To support lasting change, we integrate advanced assessment tools—including rehabilitative ultrasound imaging when appropriate—with evidence-informed strategies that may include therapeutic exercise, lifestyle medicine, stress and sleep support, nutrition guidance, and collaboration with other healthcare providers. Every plan of care is individualized to help you restore resilience, optimize performance, and return to the activities that matter most.

Comprehensive and Integrative Pelvic Health Solutions

At Garner Pelvic Health, we take an integrative approach to identifying and treating hormonal imbalances that can significantly affect people during life and hormonal transitions, contributing to pelvic discomfort and dysfunction. Our holistic treatments aim to restore hormonal balance and enhance overall well-being.

Our expertise extends to diagnosing and treating fascial problems, also known as biotensegrity issues, that affect pelvic and orthopedic health. This includes addressing scars, adhesions, and fascial constraints from the voice to the pelvic floor that create structural or functional (actual or transient) nerve and muscle injury or weakness. Our targeted therapies measure and treat fascial restriction and improve mobility, reducing pain and enhancing function often missed by traditional protocols for pelvic rehab.

We address biomechanical issues related to pelvic and orthopedic health, such as joint mobility, ligament damage, hip labral tears and impingement, and muscle weakness. We focus on the complex interaction between pelvic muscles, ligaments, neural structures, and fascia. Our integrative approach aims to restore biomechanical balance and functionality, ensuring optimal pelvic floor health and reducing discomfort.
