I have LOVED working with Dr. Garner! I started seeing her 2 years post partum after my second, then got pregnant with my third and we started working on prenatal techniques. After recently having my third, I have felt stronger and have bounced back quicker than with my previous pregnancies. I’m looking forward to healing my pelvic floor with Dr. Garner’s wealth of knowledge and evidence based techniques.

I travelled a long distance to work with Dr Garner intensively to aid my recovery from several hip arthroscopies. Her knowledge of this complex area is unrivalled, particularly as she understands both the hip and pelvic aspects of this tricky recovery. Dr Garner is utterly forensic in hunting down the root cause of issues, and putting together a bespoke plan to tackle. Despite working intensively, the experience was very easy due to Dr Garner’s warm hearted empathetic nature, and extreme patience – there was no question she could not answer! A true expert in her field I am very grateful for her guidance.

It was Dr. Garner’s pelvic and orthopaedic PT experience, deep knowledge and expertise combined with her true emotional intelligence that reached me. Her physical and emotional guidance throughout my hip arthroscopy recovery empowered me with the understanding and tools I needed to move, heal, and finally be free. I live in Honolulu and after several online sessions with Dr. Garner I (with no hesitation) made two separate trips (during the global pandemic) to visit her in person in her clinic in Greensboro.

Why We Exist

From our founder, Dr. Ginger Garner:

I started practicing integratively in the early 1990’s, before it was cool or trendy. My treatments were more effective and longer lasting when I included yoga, mindfulness, and lifestyle change interventions – because they look for root cause instead of just treating symptoms.

Nearly 30 years later, I’ve written multiple textbooks and papers on the topic, have spoken at dozens of conferences worldwide, and have trained and mentored thousands of therapists and doctors across the globe.

My mission is to make care high level, advanced, integrative clinical care from the voice to the pelvic floor, accessible to everyone.
